Outdoor adventurous activities: teamwork, fitness and movement skills
This unit explores skillful movement and physical fitness through teamwork challenges. Pupils will develop teamwork skills and understand both why and how to warm up for different types of physical activity.
You will learn to cooperate with others to be successful in team challenges.
Move: success in challenges requires working together quickly, handling balloons and equipment with precision and care. Move: throwing a ball requires the opposite foot to step forward, following through and pointing at the target.

Mistake: A team will still be successful as long as some of its members contribute and work hard. Correction: Everyone should be given the opportunity to use their voice and have a role to ensure success. Every pupil needs to be encouraged to share their ideas and listen to others in each learning cycle.
